This morning I was devastated by the news that someone I have been supporting closely for a year has gone back drinking, and her life is at risk. I felt overwhelmed as I reflected on the many people around me who are struggling to get ahead, survive even.
Then it hit me: this is life! I am in the thick of it, completely immersed. I am experiencing the chance to make huge spiritual and emotional growth. It is exactly the 'stage' my soul needed. I send love to my fellow 'actors'...please know that you are never alone.

Good evening Lorraine, yet a nother beautiful message in your Blog. Yes it can be so difficult when we see those around struggle with their experiences - stepping back into the old to go through it all over again only to end up back at square one or worse if they choose to experience going back and beyond square one.
As with your blog previous to this one, my heart goes out to you, I know some of what you have experienced with this person, and I wish I could be there to give you a big hug right now to help relieve a little of the pain you must be experiencing during this time.
