Make reflective time a priority

I will soon be working in a temporary job until my husband and I get our new business established. I am concerned at the loss of reflective time. At present I am able to pause throughout the day and reflect on my spirituality. It keeps me calm and centred.

Reflective time, whether you are walking or sitting, is nourishing for your soul. If you race through life without stopping to reflect on your progress it causes 'soul sickness' - that vague sense that all is not well. Check your own life: are you making time for reflection?
