While I was clearing out my desk drawer this morning I came across a note I wrote a while ago (amazing the treasures you find when you finally tackle a long overdue task):
If you know in your heart what your soul purpose is, don't waste time worrying about the 'What' - you already know what it is. Instead spend your energy on the 'How' - how will I make it happen? Your soul purpose is why you are here. What can you do today to progress it?

Bullying is not acceptable
For over four months I have been bullied by my boss - and it's just a temporary position. I have obsessed about her harsh treatment of me, and it has caused me a great deal of stress. So I decided to take action.
I wrote it all down, spoke to her superior, and resigned. The bullying has caused a big blockage in my energy system - it had to be removed for me to experience peace again. Another lesson in being true to myself.
