There is no pain or fear in the spirit world

I am re-reading 'Between Death and Life' by Dolores Cannon. A regression client said that we souls are all totally connected and no matter what happens we cannot ever be destroyed. It makes fear seem redundant, yet look at the hold it has on us. We even fear fear!

We are eternal beings, created by God and protected by God. When we come to Earth we experience pain and fear almost daily. This life is a short, very temporary illusion - there is no pain or fear in our real home in the spirit world. A quick dose of Earth, then home.

When we help someone suffering, we help ourselves

If you know someone who is suffering, find a way to help them - even in the smallest of ways. If there is nothing directly you can do, you can always pray for them. I have eight people I am praying for each day, because they are experiencing physical or emotional pain.

We all came from God, therefore there is no separation. We all contain God's DNA, linking us back to our creator. So if we turn our back on someone who is struggling, it is like turning our back on ourselves. Think of one person you can help or pray for: do it today.

The struggle to let go of judging people

I've just watched Margaret McElroy's video blog on criticism: www.margaretmcelroy.com.
This is an area I have struggled with all my life. I find myself constantly judging people's appearances, actions and choices. It causes me a lot of emotional pain. 'Why can't I stop doing it?'

I've said before that the answer to judging is to think, 'I wouldn't have chosen that top'..or 'I would give way to that car...' Believe me, I have a long long way to go, but if awareness is half the battle, I am making progress. Is anyone else struggling with this issue?
