Relationships are exchanges of energy

I am hurt that someone I consider a good friend rarely phones me. I do all the phoning. In fact it is a common thread in my friendships. Maybe people see me as self-contained, and that I don't need to hear from them. It's not true - we all want to be loved.

Relationships are exchanges of energy. If one person is more passionate and committed than the other, it is an imbalance of energy. You have two choices: discuss it with the person and try to resolve it, or let them go. Energy exchange must be equal to be genuine love.

Energy exchange can provide for you, financially

I am learning to understand, and accept, that energy exchange isn't always immediately obvious. For example, I am between careers at present - leaving life coaching, and moving into spiritual regressionist work - so I am not earning much money, which creates guilt.

However, I give my time to help people, eg writing this blog, and editing an astrology e-newsletter. I don't get 'paid' for those activities, but the Universe will ensure that money comes in from another source. That's how energy exchange works. I'm learning to trust it.
