Journal writing is soul communication

This morning I wrote in my journal to get clarity around many issues. I also set three priorities for the next two weeks. The writing process was successful and I was reminded anew of the power of inventory.

Your soul communicates with you in quiet moments, whether it is meditation, a reflective beach walk or journal writing. The more opportunities you give your soul to guide you, the clearer your direction will be. Soul communication is vital to spiritual growth.
