What is your default setting for life?

I have been making daily conscious contact with my soul - through prayer, meditation and reading spiritual literature - for a long time. One of the benefits has been an absence of fear. Years ago, when I woke each morning, fear was waiting: 'What am I to fear today?'

It is said all emotions can be reduced to just two: fear and love. When I have daily contact with my soul I am reminded that love is the Universal energy, and it is freely available to me anytime. I guess I have changed my default setting from fear to love. What is yours?
