The magic cure for stress

My Toastmasters club meeting on Friday mornings is the same every week - laughter and lots of it. We laugh until we cry over the smallest things because, as a group, we love to laugh. Our club is very successful and attracts members who love the atmosphere.

This morning I reflected on the therapeutic value of laughter. Whilst laughing you are fully present in the moment: you are not regretting the past or worrying about the future. It is pure soul food and a wonderful stress release. Laugh out loud with friends soon!
