Forgive yourself: you are doing your best

The last few months I have struggled to stay connected to my soul path - there have been crushing disappointments. I have felt guilty because, with my spiritual understanding, I feel I should have had more faith and courage.

Yesterday I forgave myself for the guilt. I know that I try hard every day, that I do everything I can, yet still life delivers heartache at times. I ask you to forgive yourself too: you are doing your best. Just by being here on Earth you should be very proud of yourself.
