Unusually, irritations are not a problem right now. This morning my teenage daughter borrowed my favourite shoes without asking and left the front door unlocked. Previously this combination would have unleashed a wave of annoyance. Today my reaction was: 'thoughtless'.
My ease relates to the seminar I'm presenting this weekend, titled 'Understand the Soul.' It describes life as a temporary, glorious game. Everything passes - even borrowed footwear and pre-seminar nerves. What will it matter next week, next year, next life?
