Right now a dear friend is lying critically ill in hospital. Those of us who love her are distraught and feel powerless. Yet there is always some way we can help.
A caring psychic friend is supporting me...I am supporting my friend's mother...other friends are supporting each other and sending me flowers and kind words. A circle of compassion is the highest expression of soul love during a crisis. You can always help.

Good morning Lorraine, yet again such an appropriate blog...A little bit goes such a long way, doesn't it?
Since November 2007, I have experienced the learning curve of accepting the help and support of others that love and care for me. That was a foreign experience for me. Not because my family and friends have never offered their assistance and compassion in the past...quite the contrary, my family and loved ones have always been waiting patiently in the wings for the day when I realised that it was ok for me to accept their support. It was, and still is their unconditional love, time, understanding, advice, hugs, listening skills, etc and at times even financial assistance (now that was, and still is a hard one for me to swallow) - but I am gradually learning to accept that it is ok to share my load at times.....obviously without becoming complacent.
As you mention in your blog, the way in which sharing compassion with others has such a profound effect - it is amazing. Like 'paying it forward' I guess you could say....It is not something that is always done consciously, but because you feel that supporting energy - those soft Angel wings wrapped around you - in what ever way, shape or form it may come, it gives you the strength to move forward in clarity - seeing where you can be of assistance to someone else in need. Making a difference in their life at a time when they need it the most - inturn freeing up their energy to move forward in clarity -and being able to see where they can be of assistance to someone else in need....and so the circle continues.
Bravo.
