I am very very busy. I am eating fast, cramming in activities, adding yet another task to the never-ending list. I have a constant tension headache as I rush through each day. My soul knows what I must do: I am to move...slowly...through...my...life.
The Desiderata's opening line: 'Go placidly amid the noise and the haste'. How appropriate those words are in our hectic world. I intend to get up earlier, observe nature, say 'No', eat slowly, have longer meditations. I want to be close to my soul, and to God.
