Yesterday I was typing an assignment for my husband when a spiritual insight popped into my mind. 'Where did that come from?' I was amazed at the setting for such a profound thought. Then I remembered how busy I am: my soul is grabbing every chance it can.
Often I get great spiritual insights while I am in the shower, cleaning or making meals. My spirit guide, or soul, takes the opportunity to slip in some guidance while my body is active and my mind is idling. Look out for those quick insights: you will be getting them too.
