Daily life throws up challenges so we learn lessons. That's why we came here, right? Today our dog knocked a tap at the base of our water tank, draining it, and it will cost $200 to refill it. $200! I felt very resentful at the waste of money, which literally drained away.
My meditation said, 'Rise above it, Lorraine. Get the joy back and move on...' It's great advice, especially as resentment is a big issue in this lifetime. Everything passes - bad weather, bills, arguments, grief and worry. All of Earthly life is, thank goodness, temporary.

Keep moving forward, you can do it!
This morning I had an image of life challenges flying at me constantly, like a volley of balls. I need to face each challenge (ball) as it comes, handle it as well as I can, and wait for the next one! The balls are not going to stop coming, because I chose life to learn.
As you face your daily volley of balls stay focussed, keep moving forward and do not give in to self pity or despair. If you have an addiction that keeps you from facing life's challenges, deal with it. I did, 24 years ago, and it changed my life. Above all, keep moving....
