Stress is a time of spiritual growth

I realise that recent stressful weeks, when I have lived in a strange house, had a sick child, commuted long distances, and been bullied by my boss have all combined to create a period of intense spiritual growth.

One day I might welcome such opportunities, for the progress I make when I endure. Meanwhile I am learning to spot the treasures in my day: sunrise, a monarch butterfly venturing close, and my wonderful family.

Do you have faith in your soul path?

I am unsure what I will be doing in a few months to earn money: this at a time when we are building a new house and the economy is unsettled. Yet, deep down, I have faith that all will be well, even though I cannot see around the next corner...

This faith in my soul purpose comes from daily meditation and watching for spirit signs. I have enjoyed wonderful connections with monarch butterflies, which are rarely seen these days. I feel serene, in spite of economic insecurity. I know I am protected.
