Your soul needs regular rest

I am going away this morning for four days alone at a seaside cottage. I can't wait! It's been many weeks since my last retreat and I have hardly stopped during that time. It has been endless details, phonecalls, emails and sleepless nights. I am exhausted.

When I am on retreat there is no phone or computer- just me and the beach. My soul gets to completely unwind and rest, allowing time for reflective meditation. I urge you to take regular retreats and allow your soul to rest: it's vital for spiritual growth.
