You have a 'little me' and a Big Me'

During a regression on my training course in Brisbane my heart center was completely open and I 'met' my soul for the first time. It was overwhelming: the brilliance of the light was astonishing, beautiful, and I couldn't stop crying. I said, 'It's me, my soul!'

My spirit guides told me that I was only experiencing a fraction of my soul. They said it's not just me - everyone has the ability to see their soul. And they said that brilliant light is what it's like all the time in the spirit world.

This morning I was given an easy way to distinguish between your personality and your soul. Your personality is the body and mind for just this lifetime - your soul is the culmination of the qualities from all your lives, which could number from two to a thousand.
