Happiness is an open heart filled with love

That's quite a heading: happiness is an open heart filled with love. But that's exactly what I experienced last night. I had the first real communication ever with my teenage daughter. We talked about painful issues that we share, and how much we mean to each other.

I left the cafe on cloud nine. My heart centre was wide open and I was filled to overflowing with love for my daughter. I went straight to a spiritual shop and bought her a rose quartz angel pendant, and a card that expressed my love. Love truly is all that matters...
