Living in the 'now' is the ultimate

Living in the 'now' is the ultimate spiritual life. The 'now' contains no regrets of the past or fears for the future - everything is perfect just as it is, now. I am experiencing glimpses of this marvelous state more often these days. It's very liberating and joyful.

What am I doing that encourages my awareness of the 'now'? Each day I trust the direction that unfolds...I am speaking my truth...I am laughing more...I have faith in my spiritual guides to keep me on track....I feel that I am on track. All is well.

Trusting in the unseen world

My biggest challenge living as a spiritual being on Earth is trusting the connection with my real home. Think about leaving your house to go on holiday - do you doubt the existence of that house while you are away? Of course not. You know that it is real.

I know my spiritual home is real, but I struggle to trust messages I receive from my guides there. Overcoming this lack of faith is now a top priority for me. I have recommitted to my daily meditations, extending it to half an hour. Guess what: it's working already!
