What a crazy day! Our architect wants to finalise the new house plans...I have to organise fundraising for my daughter's trip to France...my husband is frantically building a fence so we can sign off our house sale...and I haven't even started my day's writing.
But do you know what? It's not really stress: it's just a huge opportunity for soul growth. So many experiences to learn from, all at once! If you can see your busy life as a God-given opportunity to grow spiritually, you will reap the rewards. Stay calm; enjoy.

Joy is the true soul state
Yesterday I had lunch with a dear friend, played riotous card games with my family, enjoyed a good book - all this at a time when I am trying to sell my house and 'should' be feeling stressed.
If I can experience joy at such a time it indicates that my soul is in fine health. Think about your own life: are you still experiencing genuine joy often, in spite of your hectic daily life? If not, look to strengthening your soul contact: it is your direct line to serenity.
