Instant stress release at work

I have only been in my temporary job for five weeks yet I am staggered at how quickly the stressful environment has affected me. I am suffering from migraines, skin disorders, sleep disturbance and irritability. It is no way to live - and seven months to go.

If you also work in a stressful environment do this simple exercise at work: Breathe in, counting one, two, three slowly while saying 'Be still and know', then breathe out, counting one, two, three saying 'that I am God'. The mantra 'Be still and know that I am God' is an instant reminder of and connection to your spirituality. Try it: it works!
