I am feeling calmer, more accepting of life each day. Usually I am wishing ('I would love to buy more trees but can't afford it')...being impatient ('I can't wait for the TV pilot to be finished')...and sometimes feeling resentful ('My teenage daughter takes for granted everything I do for her'). I am a soul having a human experience.
Lately, thank goodness, I am sensing the bigger picture more often. Buying more trees can wait, and the waiting is a good cure for my impatience. I don't know what your major lesson is this lifetime - please feel free to share it - but mine is impatience. If only trees would reach full height over night and hide the neighbour's house!
I go on retreat this evening for three nights. Time alone away from family, chores and computers gives me a chance to completely unwind. I 'feel' the timelessness of the Universe and understand, on a deep level, that there is no hurry. I am doing just fine living this human lifetime, as are you...
