I have had a mild migraine for days. I reflected this morning on the relief when I die, to finally be free of physical pain. If you are apprehensive about dying, think of the bliss you will experience when you let go of your tired body (first thanking it for good service!).
I have read many accounts of a soul leaving its body at death. All speak of a joyful state of lightness and freedom. The soul looks down at the body and feels no sense of loss - the thought of returning to that cold lump of flesh is abhorrent. Don't be afraid of death.
