It is hard to speak your truth during stressful, emotionally-charged times. I have two friends who are experiencing big challenges. One is facing the end of her long marriage, and must assert her needs to her partner. The other must confront her manipulative, bullying boss.
I have been through both of those experiences. A marriage breakup is a frightening, lonely place to be. But, as I reassured my friend, there is light at the other side. You must just wade through the fear, one day at a time, until you reach the shore and can be happy again.
Bullying is a pandemic on Earth. My experience of bullying last year shocked me to my core. How can people be so cruel, so unfeeling? I told my other friend that the bullies will face their actions when they return Home. One day, she will forgive them, as I forgave my bullies.

Sarva Mangalam: All is blessing

The blessing is in the opportunity for spiritual growth. You came here to test yourself frequently and thoroughly. You will fully understand the point of 'Earth school' when you welcome life's heartaches because of the spiritual growth they bring...
