Every so often the struggle of daily Earth life affects me, as it did this morning. After the warmth of Queensland, waking to a frost seemed very unfair! I am back into my domestic routine and the challenges of interacting with family members. It's life, my life.
When I feel like this, prayer and meditation helps, as does reading spiritual words. I read a daily blog, www.margaretmcelroy.com. Margaret is a great spiritual teacher, and very down to earth. Her blog today was about the importance of laughter.
My sense of humor keeps me sane; I can always find something to laugh about. Good luck with your own Earth life today....

Advice channelled from Maitreya
I have just spent an amazing few hours listening to Margaret Mcelroy channel the Maitreya energy. There was so much information about Earth climate change (it is heralding the beginning of a new spiritual age) plus advice on how to advance spiritually and help others.
Maitreya's advice is to speak your truth always. My husband and I visited my parents yesterday. They usually ridicule spirituality, so I haven't told them about my past life therapy training. Now I see that I must speak my truth for me. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks.

The struggle to let go of judging people
I've just watched Margaret McElroy's video blog on criticism: www.margaretmcelroy.com.
This is an area I have struggled with all my life. I find myself constantly judging people's appearances, actions and choices. It causes me a lot of emotional pain. 'Why can't I stop doing it?'
I've said before that the answer to judging is to think, 'I wouldn't have chosen that top'..or 'I would give way to that car...' Believe me, I have a long long way to go, but if awareness is half the battle, I am making progress. Is anyone else struggling with this issue?
