Your mind is the real you

I was thinking about email, chatrooms, Skype, and cellphones, and realized they all have one thing in common: communication occurs without physical bodies needing to be present. It shows that what makes you you is not your body - it's your mind.

As souls we live in bodies of light when not living in Earth bodies. The goal for humanity is for us to raise our vibration so much we don't need physical bodies any more. We will learn our spiritual lessons in our light bodies. Technology is a step in that direction...

We are much more than skin-houses...

Yesterday a friend popped in to set up Skype for me. As I watched him work, I was reminded again of how kind and patient he is - nothing is too much trouble. I saw him as 'loving energy' rather than a physical body. I am pleased he is a close friend of my husband.

It's revealing to see beyond the 'skin-houses' (cute expression for body!) of people around you. Shut your eyes and feel their energy. Is it light, warm and loving? Is it cold and critical? In the spirit world we are energy beings. That is our true self. Get to know people's energy.
