Learn to 'see' your spirit guides

I have said in previous blogs that I see my spirit guides as small lights when I close my eyes. I have been aware of their existence for many years. This morning during meditation I suddenly pictured those lights as people standing before me. It was so comforting.

I have always had faith in my spirit helpers, however their lights have seemed impersonal to me. Today I felt I met these wonderful beings. I know they love and support me every day in my spiritual growth. Learn to 'see' and trust your own spirit guides. They exist.
