Hate creates karmic bonds between people

Do you use the word 'hate'? I used to say the word often about people and things, until I suddenly understood the power behind it. Hate is the opposite of love, therefore it has energy to create karmic bonds between people - just as love does.

We don't agree with everyone's choices and values, however we are all equal in the eyes of God. Bad behavior is ignorance. If you find yourself hating someone, be aware that the karmic bond will have to be worked out one day. Better to do it now, on Earth.

Time Out

If you were in solitary confinement 24/7 for months, with a light on, no clock, imagine the end result. You'd be nuts. If life is a bicycle wheel, time is the rim that holds the spokes together. Without it we would all be spinning out of control.

Time is only a perception, something we mortals agreed on so that we stay sane while on planet Earth. Take this simple test and confirm for yourself that time is only a perception:

a)You are starting a three hour exam when you realize you don't know any of the answers - but you can't leave the room for three hours.
b)You are on the last three hours of your tropical holiday, enjoying the sun before you head home to winter and your boring dead end job.

Both situations involve a three hour span, yet a) feels like a week, while b) feels like minutes. So when someone asks you in passing, 'What's the time?' maybe you should reply: 'What do you think? What does it feel like to you? Whizzing by? Moderate speed? Slow as a slug?'

Ummm...maybe not....
