I am sure that life experiences are coming at us faster than a few years ago. We are being given more opportunities to grow through challenges, and hasten our spiritual growth. At times it can feel overwhelming...
I am finalising the house sale, readjusting new house plans (reduced budget) and visiting my father in hospital every day. I am exhausted, but I remind myself: 'This is just a game'. It is a pretty intense game at present but I am coping as well as I can. I wish the same for you...
PS Sorry about the delayed column: major computer problems (yet another challenge).

Look how far you have come...
When you have a full busy life, it is tempting to focus on the mountain of challenges ahead...how will I handle it? Directing your energy only on future tasks can become overwhelming.
Reflect once a week on how much progress you have made. I am not the person I was 25 years ago. I am proud of my spiritual journey and the destructive behaviour I have turned my back on, hopefully forever. Your soul wants to honour your efforts: 'Well done!'
