If you regularly read this blog you will know that I believe we live many lives. I cannot believe that this is our one and only life. Imagine all the regrets, the unfinished business, the half-realized dreams. To only live one flawed life (we are all imperfect) would be cruel.
God's plan of reincarnation for Earth is fair and equitable. We make the mistakes, we pay the price (karma). We do the work, we get the goodies (spiritual growth). That's the simplistic viewpoint; the reality is a lot more complex. Underpinning all our lives is God's love for us.

Judgment is a huge problem for many people
I struggle on a daily basis not to judge people. As a life coach I legitimately give advice to people who ask for it, but unfortunately I have no off switch. Every day I see people who would 'benefit from my input'! I feel so frustrated observing people stuck in dysfunctional situations for years on end. Why don't they move on???
Maitreya's latest blog highlights what a huge problem judgment is on Earth. We all do it. Maitreya says we can't possibly know the situations we judge - only God does and karma is unique to each person. We must mind our own business; easier said than done.
My battle to refrain from judgment is monumental. While it stands between me and major spiritual growth it is also a catalyst for that growth. I will keep you informed on my progress, and I welcome comments from readers who are also struggling with this issue.

Forgive and start the new year afresh...
'Tis the season for...forgiveness. It came to me during meditation this morning that I want to forgive the two managers who bullied me while I was their temporary employee earlier this year. I am forgiving them for two reasons:
Firstly, I want to end the karma between us; forgiving them frees me of that painful connection. Secondly, I feel sincere compassion for their remorse when they return to the spirit world and understand the devastating impact of their cruel actions.
Has someone wronged you this year? Forgive them and move on...
